Boiler / Cooker Repairs
We endeavour to get to every breakdown call as quickly as possible. This is usually the same day and very rarely longer than 24 hours. We know how disruptive it can be when your boiler or cooker breaks down, to the extent of being a major worry in the coldest months, and that is why we try so hard to get there as quickly as we can.
We frequently work late to make sure our customers are well-served and we can readily arrange to make weekend and out-of-hours calls should you require one (although this service may cost more than a standard breakdown between 09:00 and 17:00 on a weekday).
Our vans carry a good selection of spare parts, which means there is a good chance our engineers will be able to deal with a breakdown successfully on the spot. If our engineer does not have a required part on the van, we keep a large stock of spare parts at our main office and, failing that, we have a strong network of reliable parts suppliers who can help us to source the parts we need and send them by the quickest possible delivery method.
We are frequently investing in our vehicle fleet to try and make sure that our vans are safe and reliable - when your boiler's broken down, you don't want the engineer breaking down too - and we also employ a sophisticated vehicle tracking system so that we can readily establish where our engineers are and who can respond to a breakdown call the quickest.
