- Compliance - we adhere closely to Oftec rules and Building Regulations to ensure a safe, compliant installation and, in accordance with our obligation as an installer, we notify all relevant installations with the Local Building Authority upon completion (which in turn means that you will receive your important householder's certificate for the work).
- CD/10T form - we complete an Oftec CD/10T form for every domestic oil tank installation.
- Licensed waste management - we use a licensed waste carrier to remove your redundant oil tank.
- Fuel supplier support - thanks to our close relationship with our sister company, Hall Bros (Fuels) Ltd, we can arrange to have your new tank filled on the same day that it is fitted, to minimise any disruption.
- Crane hire & haulage expertise within our group of companies - because we are a subsidiary of Hall Bros (Bridlington) Ltd, the crane hire and lifting specialists, we are able to deal with complicated and hard-to-access tank installations with relative ease, and without having to resort to potentially messy and dangerous procedures such as hot cutting to remove your old tank.
